Kristen is the Director of Corporate Firms and oversees the operations and development of the team. As an operational specialist, she takes great pride in helping her team reach their best potential. Kristen strives to create a work environment of positivity, productivity and accountability.
Prior to joining the ActionCOACH Corporate Firms, Kristen was the Director of Operations for the ActionCOACH Global Offices, which duties included Human Resource Management, Office Administration and Executive Assistant to Mr. Brad Sugars, Owner and CEO of ActionCOACH North America. She also has experience in franchise sales, marketing and outstanding customer service.
Kristen is originally from St. Joseph, Michigan and is a graduate of Lake Michigan College where she studied Psychology and Art. She's been a part of the Las Vegas community since 2002. In her spare time, Kristen loves spending time with her husband and son; she also enjoys kayaking, camping, painting and yoga.
Kristen is a Notary Public and a Certified DISC Practitioner.
