Certified Business Coach
ActionCOACH is an International Franchisor specializing in business coaching, with over 1000 coaches worldwide located in 70+ countries.
We have a several opportunities, looking for individuals who are ready to become a Certified Business Coach. People who are ready to contribute to the growth and success of the company’s Abundance by providing a high level of operational management and leadership of a Business Coaching Operation.
This role will be responsible for building new ActionCOACH Firms.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily business operation
- Analyze and manage accounting and financial data & budgets
- Capture and retain customer base, identify growth and revenue opportunities
- Build your team by hiring, supervising and coaching support staff, and evaluate performance & productivity
- Coordinate and implement all advertising plans
- Develop growth strategies, generate monthly reports and give presentations
- Maintain health and safety practices, and procedures in accordance with recommended guidelines from Corporate office
Requirements
- Should have strong experience in business management and operational procedures
- Strong team-leadership experience, with the ability to lead by example
- Excellent organizational skills and strong work ethic
- Ability to motivate and lead people and hold employees accountable
- Good verbal and written communication, collaboration and delegation skills
- Must have good knowledge of different business functions
- Knowledge of relevant employment requirements and State laws
- Excellent understanding of financial records, recordkeeping and audit systems

- Commercially astute
- Able to maintain confidentiality
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Personal, intuitive, and proactive nature
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment and discretion
- Able to build strong, cooperative and cohesive working relationships and lead a team
